چکیده
InSARTrac is an innovative method for 3D displacement monitoring that combines terrestrial interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) and computer vision-based feature tracking. The measurements obtained are considered far superior to 1D or 2D data facilitate evaluations concerning the mechanisms controlling kinematics. This study presents results of at Mölltal Glacier in Carinthia, Austria. duration glacier was four weeks involved two instrument setup positions obtain comparative supraglacial rock debris from different angles without utilizing retroreflectors. mean rate resultant vector 22 mm/day includes ~11 downgradient ice surface direction 6 18 vertically downward. Additionally, entire measured three times using a LIDAR-equipped UAV, revealing vertical displacements 16 mm/day. indicate accuracy 4.2 ppm, which 27% lower than initial controlled tests field test demonstrates capability provide meaningful debris. material monitored has texture reflectivity similar certain classes landslides, glaciers, other alpine processes, indicating promising applications variety geologic phenomena.

Landslide Displacement Monitoring Using 3D Range Flow on Airborne and Terrestrial LiDAR Data
An active landslide in Doren, Austria, has been studied by multitemporal airborne and terrestrial laser scanning from 2003 to 2012. To evaluate the changes, we have determined the 3D motion using the range flow algorithm, an established method in computer vision, but not yet used for studying landslides. The generated digital terrain models are the input for motion estimation; the range flow al...

متن کامل3D computer vision system for face recognition
One of the most popular and practically valuable problems in the field of pattern analysis and machine intelligence is human face recognition. A computer vision system for identification of human faces is presented. The system is designed as an automatic checkpoint. Two scenarios of system behavior are developed. The first one assumes verification of personal data, entered by visitor by a card ...
